Hello,
I've come to the point where on our account I had to lock our community within the help center because at any given moment there are 100+ users spamming our community forums (confirmed via Google analytics). I've spent hours removing posts and suspending users, but even with captcha required to sign up for an account and spam filtering on these account are still being created by mass and the posts are coming up on 300+ a day. Our zendesk reps have been less than helpful on the issue and I need to find a way to stop this.
Does anyone have anything I can do to solve this?
