When you register with QuickBooks, Intuit asks you to create a strong and unique password to ensure your security. But in future, if you do not need the password, you can follow the steps mentioned below to remove the same:
 Log into your QuickBooks account
 Go to the ‘Menu’ bar.
 Select ‘Company’ from there.
 In ‘Change QuickBooks Password’ window, enter the old password
 Keep ‘New password’ and ‘Confirm password’ fields blank
 Go to the Challenge question and then tap on ‘Select.’
 Remove the text from there using the backspace key
 Click on ‘OK,’ and you would not have to enter the password from next time.
