This one is in Beethovens Piano concerto no 3. Cm-Ab-Db-G, Would that be i-VI-?-V, The third chord I am guessing appears to be a flattened supertonic, if so how do I write it,if not, ohdearme. Please help.

The second is a pop song Dusty Springfield did it "Little by Little"
I think Cm-Bb-Eb-Bb-Cm, how would you write that please?

Please help...
