Hello,

Immediately when turning my laptop on I get the red screen indicating that I have an invalid boot signature. When I press OK, it says "checking media presence" and then loads to a support page saying boot device failed.

I have tried disabling secure boot and it does skip the red screen but doesn't fix the boot failed screen. Any ideas? This is a very lightly used laptop , I just got it a month ago, and have yet to game on it .



Please help....
