There is a limit to the number of experiments that you can run?

How do I resolve this.

I was under the impression users paid for time rather than number of experiments.

Would I need to upgrade to $99/mo? I have only run 8 or so experiments, and I essentially ran the tutorials over and over to try to figure out what I was doing.
